At FoXation Collective, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be mailed back within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

In the same condition as received
Unused and unwashed
Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage
Returned with any original packaging, tags, or accessories when applicable

FoXation Collective reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

New graphic t-shirts
Custom-made items
Personalized products
Clearance or marked final sale merchandise

Thrifty Finds

Please note that our Thrifty Finds collection consists of pre-owned and vintage items. Minor signs of wear may be present and are considered part of the item's character. Significant flaws will be disclosed in the product description.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
